Carmen Honnef, MS, RD, CD, PhD Candidate - Corporate Dietitian

The Right Choice for a Healthier You™ program has been developed and is managed by Carmen Honnef, MS, RD, CD and PhD Candidate —the staff dietitian for GlobalConnect®. Carmen is a Registered, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist with The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and holds an MS in Nutrition with a Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from the University of St. Joseph in Connecticut. Carmen has extensive experience in food service, community and clinical diet therapy while specializing in the vending, micro-market, and commissary industry. Carmen is an active affiliate with Fox 11 News as a nutrition expert, represents the McDonalds brand on the global team of Registered Dietitian consultants and independently works with elite athletes in sports nutrition. The goal is to "balance healthier choices with portioned comfort" for overall wellness strategies.
